Elcometer 1941 PAT™ 20kN & 40kN Adhesion Testers

A 20 or 40 kN manual hydraulic tensile adhesion tester for testing of coatings (including thermal sprayed coatings), on test panels, sprayed components.

Designed for testing with 50mm (2" diameter test elements and with the square 50 x 50mm (2 x 2") test element for adhesion testing of tile adhesives and other cementitious materials.

The gauge, in conjunction with a test fixture, can also be used in accordance with ASTM-C633 (two test cylinders glued together).

The Elcometer 1941 is supplied in an aluminium carry case, complete with a Calibration Certificate and:

  • Hydraulic Pull-Force Pump
  • Testing Head 20kN or 40kN (depending on gauge)
  • Adaptor for 50mm (2"), 70.7 ''(2.78") and 50 x 50mm (2x2") diameter elements·
